Directory Submission Terms and Conditions

Acceptable:

• Websites with Unique Content.
• English language Websites only offering products and services available in the US. Websites outside the USA will not be included as they are beyond the scope of the directory.
• Base URLs Only (Your Top Domain Name Only).

Not Acceptable:

• Cloaking, Doorway Pages, FFA pages, Mirror Sites, Redirects, or anything we think may be SPAM.
• Illegal, violent, or hate sites.
• Adult, Gambling, Online Drug, Fake Diploma, or Tobacco Sites.
• Under construction sites. Website must be completed prior to submission.
• IP Address URLs.
• Free domain websites such as (geocites, angelfire, etc.).
• Sites featuring mostly affiliate links without unique content.
• Websites delivering Spyware (Does not apply to spyware removal software).
• Deeplinks or Subdomains.

Premium Website Submission

Our Premium Website Submission service features fast two business-day directory inclusion site review, top positioning in the category or subcategory submitted to (if your site is accepted) for prominent placement, and a premium icon next to your listing for maximum exposure. We'll also provide feedback on improving your site if your website listing is not approved. US Web Directory editors, in their sole judgment, determine the suitability, placement in the directory, listing title, and listing description. Rapid Website Submission

US Web Directory Rapid Submit is for webmasters, site owners, and other marketing professionals to quickly have their site reviewed for inclusion in the US Web Directory. Our editorial review team focuses on expediting your site submission. For a review fee of only $19.95, the US Web Directory editorial team will review your site for directory inclusion, and respond back to you within two business days. US Web Directory editors adhere to a minimum site criteria; however these are only minimums and may vary. *The cost of this service is a non-refundable $39.95 ($19.95 for rapid submission service). If your site is approved for inclusion in the directory, you will be charged a non-refundable annually recurring review fee of $39.95 ($19.95 for rapid submission service). Please note that use of this service does not ensure that your site will be listed in the directory. Due to the fact that we're a human edited directory and our focus is on quality, we cannot guarantee acceptance.

Free Website Submission

Free submission is available only to educational (.edu), government (.gov), military (.mil), and non-profit organizations. We require a link back to our website for all free directory submissions, and links are verified on a weekly basis.
